Washed arabica, screen-graded and hand-sorted on the estate. Cupping notes and moisture data travel with every shipment.
Small-batch roasted to a South Indian filter profile, ground to order. Roast date and grind stamped at packing.
Sun-dried and hand-garbled from vines on the estate’s own shade trees. Bold berries, oil intact, graded by bulk density.
Green cardamom dried below sixty degrees so the pod keeps its own colour, and unheated single-estate honey drawn from hives inside the same blocks.
Volumes are indicative and vary by season — the estate never sells forward what the harvest has not finished. Current availability, moisture and grade data are confirmed on enquiry.
